All Pilsung Taekwondo Instructors are WTF recognised and Kukkiwon registered Dan grades with many years of expierence. All our classes are warm and welcoming and have wide range of students with many skill levels. Parents can have piece of mind in knowing that all our instructors are regularlly checked for any criminal offences, and should have all their Instructor credentials and insurance documents at hand for you to view. As always parents are welcome to come along with their children and watch at each lesson paying only for the lesson you take, we do not operate a direct debit policy of payment.Master Andrew Hill 6th Dan
Master Hill has been training in Martial Arts for over
30 years, and has spent the majority of time doing WTF Taekwondo. He
teaches on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and continues to push
the barriers of himself and of Taekwondo itself. You will find that Master Hill
has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to Kryogui (Sparring) and Self
Defence, he has from past experience such as security work developed his brand
of Taekwondo into a very modern and pratical version. He is a very dedicated
instructor who will work tierllessy for the beinifits of his students.

Master Craig Wallace 5th Dan
Master Wallace started Taekwondo in 1988 with the IL GI
(BTF) Taekwondo assoication in sheffield and has gained a vast amount of
knowledge and experience in Kryougi (Sparring) throughout that time. Master
Wallace has been a member of the Great Britian Team and was very honoured to be
selected to compete at the the European Taekwondo Team Championships in Sweden.
He teaches on Tuesday eveings at the Verdon Street Recreation Centre Pitsmoor
and blends all asspects of Taekwondo into his classes from Kryogui (Sparring) to
Poomse, Self Defense, Board Breaking and Demonstration Techniques. He is a very
friendly and fun instructor and always trys to keep his lesson fun.

Paul is Pilsung's youngest instructors and after being
a student since the age of 7 years old, he decided to turn his efforts to being
an instructor. Even at the age of 22 Paul has a wise head on young shoulders
which as come from his dedication and continous self improvement. Paul has been
very succesful in many tournaments national wide of the years as a junior and
has brought that welth of experience into his classes, with knowledge he as also
gained from Boxing Paul has manged to inspire his students. He has a strong fire
in him that many of his students like and strive to emulate.
Simon Turton 4th Dan
Simon is a very able and dedicated instructor, he has
been teaching Taekwondo since 2003 originally at Ponds Forge before moving to
the very impresive English Institue of Sport. Simon has experience in competing
in both Kryogui (Sparring) and Poomse. He most recently competed in Munich
Germany and was selected for the North's UK regional Poomse Team. This has
inspired Simon to strive to a very high level and this can be seen in his
lessons, which are fun but will push you to the best out of you. Simon is a very
reasuring and experienced instructor who can help you get the best from
Taekwondo.
David Higgins 3rd Dan
David was an Instrutor along with Andrew Poulton who
moved from the Sheffield's Mudo Academy to Pilsung Taekwondo. He teaches
alongside Andrew and is very encouraging and dedicated to student development.
David is Pilsung Taekwondo's secatary and child protection cordinator who
handles all the administration from grading to sysllbus inofmration. If you have

Raymond Richards 3rd Dan
Raymond is very
eager and guides his students to develop a high work ethic and discelpine.
Raymond has a lot of knowledge when it comes to Self Defence and with his
previous expereince with Ninjutsu he has a very good blend of practical workable
techniques as well has some more advanced techniques. Raymond has many new and
exciting ideas when it comes to traning and developing junior students and he
very dedicated to their development.
Zakarya Al-Yaffai 2nd Dan
Zakarya is Pilsung's latest instructor, he is
coming from a Karate and Judo back ground and has excelled through his Taekwondo
training. Zakarya teaches along side Craig and Raymond at the Verdon
Street, working with both Juniors and Seniors at the club, he has also opened up his own club at the Verdon Street venue aimed at adult beginners.Zak has also competed in various tournaments both Karate and Taekwondo and has plenty of knowledge to offer students of various levels.
